90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Review - S09 E20 · Tell All: No Limits Part 2
Sometimes, 90 Day Fiancé really outdoes itself with the drama, and this week’s Happily Ever After Tell All, part two, was no exception—it was one of those episodes that leaves you torn between shaking your head, feeling a little heartbroken for some of the cast, and also wanting to shout at the screen as you watch people justify, deflect, and dance around the truth in ways only reality TV can deliver.

Let’s start with Cara and Guillermo—a couple whose marriage seems to be unraveling in front of our eyes, not with fireworks but with a slow, painful time of disappointment and resentment that’s honestly hard to watch. Cara’s argument for taking Guillermo’s name off the deed to their house is basically, “I paid for it, so he shouldn’t get half,” even though he’s been covering all the daily expenses—the food, the childcare, everything that makes a household actually run. It’s an argument that feels unfair, and you can see how hurt Guillermo is by the way his contributions are minimized; his quiet dignity when he says, “I come from nothing and I don’t care if I go back there. I just want a good life. If fighting with you won’t get me that, keep it,” actually sounds like something out of a movie, and it’s clear he’s trying to protect his peace, even if it means walking away from something he once hoped would last forever.

The dynamic between them is made even messier by Cara’s mother, who seems to be stirring the pot with comments about Guillermo’s supposed infidelity—comments Guillermo says he has no idea about, and I believe him, especially since the accusations seem to come out of nowhere, more like seeds of doubt than actual evidence. But the real wedge isn’t just jealousy or money—it’s trust, and the way Cara treats Guillermo with what he describes as disrespect, using words that hurt and undermine him, sometimes even in front of others.

Then there’s the issue of Cara’s drinking. Guillermo says she becomes a completely different person when she drinks, cozying up to other guys, dancing in ways that make him uncomfortable, and staying out until all hours—behavior she waves off as “just having fun,” but that clearly cuts deep for him as her husband and the father of her child. Cara admits to having a drinking problem, saying she tried to quit—for two weeks—because she wanted the marriage to work, but quickly slipped back into old habits. When asked if she wanted to stop drinking for herself or for Guillermo, she admits it was a bit of both, but the effort feels half-hearted, especially when she blames Guillermo for not trying hard enough on his end.

The conversation takes a turn when Cara talks about a DJ she’s close with from the club where she sings, admitting she hooked up with him once a decade ago and then, in a move that feels almost cruel, says she’s sure he’d still be willing if she asked, even though she claims she doesn’t want him. It’s that kind of comment that would make anyone feel insecure in their relationship, especially in a marriage already on the rocks, and it’s no wonder Guillermo feels disrespected and unseen in the relationship. He lays it out simply: it’s not about the DJ, it’s about Cara not respecting his boundaries, not caring enough to make even small changes for the sake of their relationship.

The thing is, Guillermo seems heartbroken, trying his best to find not just the marriage but the person Cara used to be—the person he fell in love with, who seems to have disappeared somewhere along the way. And while the separation is clearly painful, it might just be what he needs to rediscover himself, rather than losing his identity by trying to keep a partner who’s already halfway out the door. There’s a lesson here about the value of having good people around you who care about you for who you are, not just what you can do for them or how much fun you can be, especially in a world as distracting and chaotic as entertainment.

In this moment, we finally get to see Julia open up to her parents about her pregnancy, and Guillermo’s emotional, heartfelt reaction was such a welcoming change to the show—he’s a good man, and you could feel the relief and joy radiating from him in that moment, a reminder that even in the messiest situations, there are still reasons to hope and moments worth cherishing.

Next week’s Tell All promises even more fireworks, with Julia and Brandon preparing to share their big news with his parents. I can already picture Betty rushing out to buy baby clothes the second she finds out. This season is far from over, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
