Tips in Stress Management
It would be fair to say that most of us try to achieve perfection and success in whatever field we may be in, either in the office, at sports, in school and mostly in any venture that we might try to undergo. It is within our nature to do and achieve the best we can for ourselves or for others, but at what cost? We try to rationalize our actions by telling ourselves that it is okay since what we are doing is for the achievement of our goals. What we don't know is that, this kind of attitude towards life can become the very best breeding ground for chronic stress.
People may dismiss the fact that stress can reach dangerous levels because they have it in their minds that stress is a normal part of everyday life. Yes it is normal, but when one experiences it too often and too much, then it becomes a problem; a problem that can cause physical and mental breakdown. No one is exempted from stress; it comes in all forms and affects people of all ages and walks of life. The factor that differ is the degree of stress that each of us experiences.
So how will you be able to handle and effectively manage your stress? If it comes to a point wherein the affects are so visible and can no longer be allowed?Here are a few of what you might be able to do in order to manage your stress.
The first tip would be exercise since it does not only promote overall fitness but helps you manage emotional stress and tension as well. Being fit and healthy will also increase your ability to deal with stress as it comes.

While some type of relaxation and meditation techniques are best learned in a class, it is also possible to learn meditation techniques on your own. There are hundreds of different types of relaxation methods that are available either on the market or through the internet. You just need to pick one that will suit you and your lifestyle best.
Third would be your time management. Good time management skills are critical for effective control of stress. With all the hustle and bustle of our busy lives we sometimes never make time for ourselves and recognize the need for time management only when we start losing control. Learning to prioritize tasks and avoiding over-commitment are crucial measures to insure that you are not getting overscheduled. Try to use a daily planner so that you will be able to avoid extra commitments that will add to your pressure.
Then comes organizational skills. If you organize your surroundings well you will never have to be faced with the stress of misplaced objects and clutter. While this may sound minimal, it becomes noticeable when for example you are trying to hurriedly find a file that your boss needs which you know is on the table, but since the table is so cluttered you do not know where the file went and how you will be able to find it quickly. Take time to clean and sort through the messes of paperwork and clutter that accumulate over time.
Lastly, make time for yourself, always remember to take some time off and try to do other things that will take your mind off work. You dont have to go anywhere, you can just actually stay right where you are. Always take some time off from what you are currently doing and try to relax using techniques that you think can ease your mind. It may come in the form of a hot chocolate, a light chat, a stroll, a joke, or anything that will relieve the tension for the time being. With an effective stress management systmen in place you wont have to worry about losing control while trying to achieve all the things that you want for yourself or for others.

i want to buy a sewing machine in usa but i am not sure that it will be helpful in india .. if anyone buy a sewing machine in usa and used it in india so plz lt me know...
Sewing Machine in USA are very cheap even for the latest models. Unfortunately yhey work 110 Volts, where as in India we get supply of 230 volts. You can use the voltage converter to use them, but it's not the perrmanent solution because the electricity supply in India is fluctuating in terms of voltage and Hz. You may land up with un repairable sewing machine afterr short time of use.
