Getting Fit Requires Motivation And Good Habits

Women have a very close relationship with their mirrors as they would often check their selves out and look for flaws in their bodies. Often, they will twirl and contort their bodies to see their butts and thighs; they may even come to the point where they jump up and down to see if their bodies are bouncing, trying to determine if some parts of their body jiggle like jell-o. Finally, when all of the checking is done, they may proceed to getting dressed.
So, what happens if they see themselves as fat and out of shape? Of course, they would feel bad about it but, on the other hand, they are motivated again to exercise and eat healthily. Sometimes, realization will hit you like a big slap in the face.
So, should we always have to wait for that big rock to slam on our heads before doing something? Motivation is by naturally that way, “you don’t have it when you don’t need it!” I, on the other hand, asserts that motivation is not something that just comes. It is a decision… a conscious decision! I hate to believe that we have no power over our decision to motivate ourselves.
We have a responsibility (the ability to respond). Being motivated and staying that way is a responsibility. Women should start becoming proactive and just reactive to the bad realization of getting fat. Being reactive is having the sudden urge to exercise and diet after realizing that you’re gaining too much weight. On the other hand, doing fitness exercises regularly and eating healthy fat burning diets even it is apparent that you do not need it is what you call being proactive.
With that being said, women should be proactive and train their minds to get motivated even when they apparently don’t need it. Responding proactively is doing the right thing without reaching the point of getting disappointed and depressed.
Having this state of proactive responsibility will turn you into an unfaltering fitness and fat loss practitioner. It is the state wherein our role models in shape and fitness are in. They have constant motivation. If a woman knows that she is always motivated, she doesn’t have to subject herself to the mirror test anymore. How to lose weight fast is simply answered with an unwavering motivation.
Ultimately, your drive and motivation will become a habit itself. Once a habit is formed, it is extremely tough to break. Only drastic measures can eliminate a rock solid habit. Train your mind while training your body to shed fat and build muscle. Little by little, the attitude and the way you deal with things will become a good habit that you will be happy have. Accomplish that by doing the act regularly.It will become a habit in no time at all, making motivation second nature.
Women, remember that when you are trying to lose weight, do not wait for a negative stimulus to get moving. Don’t just try to lose wait. Put some “UMPH!” with it. UMPH as in Unwavering Motivation thru Proactive Habit.
So, next time, do not try. Just triumph!
Passenger side mirror needed for inspection?
I live in VA and drive a '96 Pontiac Grand Prix. Last summer I knocked the passenger side window off by hitting a fence... haven't gotten any tickets for it or anything, do I need to replace it before my inspection next month? If so, where can I find one for cheap?

Check with a local inspector - in Maine, if it was equipped with it, it must be present.
