Is it better to use mouthwash before or after brushing - Acid erosion sufferer?

Considering I used to suffer from Acid erosion... I want to know if its better to use mouthwash before or after brushing. Usually I don't use mouthwash. I just brush once a day and I dont partically drink many sugary drinks or eat anything sweet, so I can get away with it.

But recently had this small round cut like shape just below my gums so i want to protect it from infection - hence mouthwash.

I also don't want the mouthwash to erode my teeth - I use pronamel toothpaste so it should protect against mouthwash erosion if i use mouthwash before I brush .. although I should probably wait a bit before brushing?. But is it just better to use mouthwash after brushing?

As you can see.. my primary concern is not developing any acid erosion

They have a lighter mouth wash at the store, it's usually for people with dry mouth (Oasis). This has less of everything. My girlfriend used it for a while and so I tried it once or twice. If you already have a mouth wash, i would recommend you brush, use the mouth wash for a minute then rinse with cold water to get the mouthwash out after it has killed some of the infection.
